I have finished this book in one sitting, since this story is the one that I have been waiting for – the one that I have been dying to read since I knew about Easy. I am so glad that Chanel Cleeton didn’t disappoint because this book was indeed worth waiting for. She had saved the best for last.

This selfless guy – who is a great friend to everyone, who stood there watching as the woman he loves and wanted be a wife to his friend, and he did nothing for years to jeopardize her relationship with Joker. He was loyal, even though it killed him. His love for Dani started the first time he saw her, and yet he didn’t stop when all she wanted for him was to be her friend.

Their friendship meant a lot to Dani, as it gave her the strength to endure the most difficult times in her life. He respected her grief and still didn’t act on his feelings (which made me love him more). But their relationship grew, their friendship blossomed as they try to get pass their grief and the guilt that Easy has been feeling because of his love for Dani.

I loved this book, and it has become one of my favorite reads last 2016 – I couldn’t wait to post my review. The two characters deserve their happy ending after what they have been through, and it was a relief, that finally after all this time, fate has brought them together.

Rating: 5 Stars

Originally a Florida girl, CHANEL CLEETON moved to London where she received a bachelor’s degree from Richmond, The American International University in London and a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Chanel fell in love with London and planned to stay there forever, until fate intervened on a Caribbean cruise and a fighter pilot with smooth dance moves swept her off her feet. Now, a happily ever after later, Chanel is living her next adventure.
Law school made Chanel realize she’d rather spend her days writing sexy stories than in a courtroom, and she hasn’t looked back since. An avid reader and hopeless romantic, she’s happiest curled up with a book. She has a weakness for handbags, her three pups, and her husband.
Chanel writes contemporary romances. She is published by Harlequin HQN, Penguin/InterMix, and Penguin/Berkley and is the author of the International School, Capital Confessions, and Wild Aces series.
