This is an unlikely story of a sex addict and a love
addict who found love in the most unlikely place.
Vicky is obsessed with someone which made her do some crazy
stuff – that’s why she’s in therapy. Although, she believed otherwise. She doesn’t
believe that she needs help, or she should be here. (Yes, I think she’s a
little bit deluded – I mean, how would you like someone who is in denial and
has delusions?).
Kade has a sex calendar, one different girl every day.
But an almost scandal had the board of his company pushed him into therapy. His
hands were tied, and he didn’t have a choice.
Their first meeting was pretty hilarious and I can feel
the blood rushing up into my face, uh yeah *blushing*. My jaw, like Vicky’s,
dropped on the floor, and I was wondering what she’ll do.
I must admit – I didn’t like the both of them at first (ß yeah, judgmental
here!) But as the story goes on, these two would just grow on you! So, just be
patient, sit back and wait because this will not disappoint.
They’re not perfect. They have baggage that are way too
heavy. Their journey was a bumpy one, but it lead them to healing, finding
themselves, their self-worth and finally each other. You will grow to love them
as the story goes (I did, and I was surprised), you’ll find out that there are
some points that you can relate too – that somehow their kind of crazy can hit
close to home, and you will finally understand what’s going on, and what made
them that way.
Just as I was ready to put the book down, I was glad I gave
it a chance. Because the story is pretty much amazing as the chapter goes, and
finally the ending was worth the read.
